SHIPPING & DELIVERY



Florenz offers standard and express shipping to Spain, within E.U and in the rest of the world* (*please check with us exceptions areas). Orders are dispatched from monday to friday within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment.

If you need your order delivered on a specific date, please select Express shipping methods. This is the only way to guarantee delivery on a specific date as we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for standard shipments.

Free standard shipping within E.U*
We are happy to offer you free shipping with your order in most of the European countries: France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, U.K., Germany, Luxembourg, Ireland, The Netherlands, Austria & Monaco.

All orders with Standard shipping are sent via Correos sign-for mail.
Delivery in 5-10 working days depending the destination.

Standard shipping in the rest of the european countries: 6€
Delivery in 5-10 working days depending the destination.

Express shipping within Spain: 10€*
Delivery 1-2 working days
*We are unable to offer express shipping for Baleares, Melilla, Ceuta and Canaries Islands.

Express shipping within Europe: 25€
Delivery in 1-2 working days



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 


International standard shipping: 20€
All orders with Standard shipping are sent via Correos sign-for and includes tracking number. Delivery in 10-15 working days approx.
Please note we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for standard international shipments.

Express International shipping*
* All orders with Express shipping are sent via TNT, Fedex or UPS and delivery is 1-3 working depending the destination. Shipping options and fees are determined by delivery area and vary according to total weight of the shipment. Transport fees can be checked with us by email at contact@floren-z.com or during the checkout process.



RETURNS



All orders can be returned in the 14 days following the day of the order delivery.

Return shipping will be decided by the customer, handling the expanses and practical detail unless the goods are incorrect. Under no circumstances shall Florenz be held responsible for organizing the returned order shipment.

In order for a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must comply with the following:
  • ·It must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must have the original labels and packaging.
  • ·The receipt note must be included in the package
  • ·Discounted and sales products may be returned or exchanged but no cash refunds will be made.
  • ·Returns not carried out within a maximum of seven (7) business days after receiving the confirmation from Florenz may be rejected.
